Her attorney entered a not guilty plea during a Thursday hearing in Benton County Circuit Court. Arrested in December, Thursday’s hearing came after a grand jury indictment.
Hoggins, 19, is accused of assaulting her girlfriend in her sleep on multiple occasions between November 2017 and March 2018, and making videos and taking pictures of the assaults. Police were notified when the alleged victim told a teacher she had found the pictures and videos on Hoggins’ phone.
Hoggins faces two counts of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, seven counts of encouraging child sexual abuse in the first degree, five counts of encouraging child sex abuse in the second degree, and five counts of using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct. She is currently being held in the Benton County Jail, bail has been set at $2.1 million.
